Charlotte, NC $394k revenue.  25+ year old childcare business with very little competition in the surrounding area. The business is licensed for over 150 children ranging from infancy to 12 years old and operates with between 90-100 children.

Car Wash & Lube Business

(NC) $829k revenue, $389k cash flow.  Multiple wash stations equipped with brushes, high-pressure water sprayers, and soap dispensers.  High-tech automated tunnel system with hand finishing by employees.  Four dedicated service bays where technicians replace engine oil, change air filters, top off fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, etc.), and perform basic vehicle inspections.

Commercial Fabricator & Installer

(Southeast).  $6.2 million revenue, $909k cash flow.  Business designs, fabricates and installs steel and aluminum products for commercial buildings all across the southeast; working closely with architects and design teams to customize the product to the customer’s specifications.

Environmental  Consulting Company

(NC) $629k revenue, $231k cash flow.  Works with regulations of products governed by state and federal agencies. The business provides testing services which are required by the EPA on a periodic basis and provides repair services to equipment as needed.  They have developed a loyal and cyclical customer base over a twenty year period.

Fitness Center

Charlotte, NC $427k revenue, $129k cash flow.  Two locations are well-positioned, highly profitable, franchised fitness business.  Unique system allows them to operate 24 hours a day, without staff beyond the owner and manager. Smaller facilities attract customers looking for convenience while still enjoying high quality, state-of-the-art equipment.

Agricultural Sales & Service Company

(NC) $989k revenue, $181k cash flow.  In business for almost a decade, selling and applying agricultural fertilizer and farm commodities in a five-county area in North and South Carolina.

Expediting Company

(NC) $3.2 million revenue, $315k cash flow.  Established over 10 years ago, this business specializes in shipping and expediting solutions. The business has contracts with over 100 drivers across the continental United States and due to the impressive driver network, had earned the spot as preferred carrier for almost every major shipper in the country. All drivers own their vehicles, which are under 10k pounds and categorize them into a less regulated class. Using state-of-the-art technology, the business is able to track the shipment from start to finish providing “just in time delivery”.

(Carolinas) $22.6 million, $3 million cash flow.  Business provides a range of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical and plumbing services that includes new construction services, service and repairs, replacements, routine maintenance, sheet metal fabrication and more.  Company has more than 700 preventative maintenance contracts in place with residential and commercial customer

Nearly 70% of their revenues are recurring. Many of their customers are in the healthcare sector.

(Southeast) $8.5 million revenue, $4.1 million cash flow.  High-end luxury spa, specializing in advanced skin care treatments and cosmetic healthcare products.  World-class brands, combined with advanced customer education and breakthrough services have created a loyal base of repeat customers. Their online sales account for over 25%.

(Carolinas) $4.0 million revenue, $974k cash flow.  The company specializes in high volume, high-velocity national rollout and store refresh services. They have performed work in over 100 different retail chains and 10,000+ locations. The company has an experienced management and employee team.
